Little Rainbows Playgroup at St Stephen's Hall

We cater for children from 2 years 9 months up until school age 9.30am  -
 12.30pm Monday to Thursday.

Throughout the summer term we also run a pre-school session every Friday
all children receive free playgroup sessions the term after they have turned
three, in accordance with Local Government requirements.

We aim to provide a caring environment where children can learn through
play, and encourage the social skills necessary to make starting school easier.

We offer a wide range of learning opportunities in accordance with the Early
Years Foundation Stage requirements, and endeavour to develop the full
 potential of each child.

Each session provides plenty of opportunities to participate in different areas
of learning and includes painting, sticking, sand, water, play dough,
imaginative play, book corner, puzzles etc

We are fortunate in having a secure outside play area, where children play
every day, using a variety of equipment and resources
